1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and alano5 ("alano5", "we", "us", "our", "the Platform"), governing your access to and use of the alano5 online betting and casino platform accessible at alano5.cam.

By completing account registration, making a deposit, placing a bet, or otherwise accessing any feature of the alano5 platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the platform.

alano5 is an English-language platform designed for users in the Pakistan market and similar jurisdictions. The platform displays balances and transaction amounts in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). References to familiar local payment methods — including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah — appear on the platform as contextual information only and do not constitute a claim that these providers endorse, support or are affiliated with alano5 or gambling activities.

2. Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Account" means the registered user account created by you on the alano5 platform.
• "Balance" means the total of real money funds and, where applicable, bonus funds held in your Account at any given time, expressed in PKR.
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free bet, free spin, cashback award or other incentive credited to your Account subject to applicable promotion terms.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and verification process through which you must provide documentary evidence of your identity and payment method ownership before withdrawal requests are processed.
• "Platform" means the alano5 website, mobile web application and any associated services accessible at alano5.cam.
• "Real Money Funds" means currency deposited by you into your Account, as distinguished from Bonus funds.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the total bet volume that must be completed before bonus funds or winnings derived from bonuses become eligible for withdrawal, as specified in the applicable promotion terms.
• "User Content" means any communication, feedback or data submitted by you to the Platform, including support correspondence.

3. Account Eligibility

3.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years of age — or the higher minimum age required by the operator's license jurisdiction — to register an account and use the alano5 platform. By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement. alano5 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time and to suspend or close accounts where age requirements cannot be verified.

3.2 Geographic Restrictions

You may not register or use an Account if doing so would violate the laws of your jurisdiction. It is your responsibility to determine whether using the alano5 platform is lawful in your location. alano5 does not represent that access to or use of the Platform is lawful in all jurisdictions.

3.3 One Account Per User

Each natural person may hold only one registered Account on alano5. Operating multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") is a serious breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances and permanent exclusion from the platform.

3.4 Personal Use Only

Accounts are for personal use only. You may not register or operate an Account on behalf of another person, and you may not allow any third party to use your Account credentials.

4. Account Registration

4.1 Accurate Information

You must provide accurate, complete and truthful information during account registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address and phone number. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

4.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. You must notify alano5 support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account. alano5 is not liable for losses resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.

4.3 Contact Details

You must keep your contact details, including email address and phone number, current and accurate at all times. alano5 will use the contact details on file to send Account notifications, verification requests and promotional communications (where consented to).

5. Deposits & Payments

5.1 Available Payment Methods

Deposits to your alano5 Account may be made using payment methods listed in the cashier section of your Account at the time of transaction. Payment method availability is subject to change without prior notice. References to Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah, BTC and USDT throughout the Platform are for contextual familiarity only and do not constitute a representation that these providers endorse gambling or have any formal relationship with alano5.

5.2 Deposit Limits

Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are specified in the cashier at the time of transaction and may vary by payment method. Users are encouraged to set voluntary deposit limits through the responsible gambling controls available in Account settings.

5.3 Currency

All Account balances, deposits and transactions are displayed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Transactions made in other currencies may be subject to conversion at the applicable exchange rate at the time of processing.

5.4 Verification of Payment Methods

alano5 reserves the right to request evidence that a payment method belongs to the registered Account holder as part of KYC procedures. Deposits made from payment methods that cannot be verified may be returned and the associated winnings may be forfeited.

6. Withdrawals & KYC

6.1 KYC Prior to Withdrawal

Before any withdrawal request is processed, you must complete the KYC verification process to the satisfaction of alano5. This typically includes submission of a government-issued photo ID — such as your CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card) — and may include proof of address or evidence of payment method ownership. alano5 may request additional documentation at its discretion.

6.2 Identity Match

The name, date of birth and other details on your identity documentation must match the information registered on your Account. Withdrawal requests where this match cannot be confirmed will not be processed until discrepancies are resolved.

6.3 Wagering Conditions

Funds subject to a Wagering Requirement — including bonus-derived winnings — may not be withdrawn until the applicable wagering conditions have been met in full. The applicable requirement will be displayed in your Account under your active bonus details.

6.4 Processing Times

Withdrawal processing times vary by payment method and are determined by operator schedules and payment provider requirements. alano5 makes no guarantee of specific processing durations. You will receive an Account notification when your withdrawal is processed.

6.5 Withdrawal Refusal

alano5 reserves the right to withhold or decline a withdrawal request where: (a) KYC has not been completed; (b) there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity; (c) applicable wagering conditions have not been met; (d) the Account is under investigation; or (e) there is a suspected breach of these Terms.

7. Bonuses & Promotions

7.1 Promotion Terms

All bonuses and promotional offers are subject to specific terms and conditions published at the time the promotion is made available. These promotion-specific terms form part of these overall Terms & Conditions. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail in relation to that promotion.

7.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated in the promotion terms, bonus funds are subject to a Wagering Requirement before they or any winnings derived from them may be withdrawn. Wagering Requirements are expressed as a multiplier of the bonus amount (e.g., a 30x wagering requirement on a PKR 1,000 bonus requires PKR 30,000 in qualifying bets before withdrawal is permitted).

7.3 Permitted Game Categories

Not all games or betting markets contribute equally to wagering requirements. Promotion terms will specify which game categories count toward the requirement and at what contribution rate. Cricket and sports bets, live casino games and slots may have different contribution rates.

7.4 Bonus Forfeiture

alano5 reserves the right to void and forfeit a bonus — and any winnings attributable to it — where there is evidence of: (a) abuse of promotional terms; (b) a breach of these Terms; (c) multi-accounting; or (d) use of prohibited strategies designed to guarantee profit regardless of outcome.

7.5 No Cash Alternative

Bonuses have no cash value other than as described in applicable promotion terms and may not be transferred between accounts or exchanged for cash outside the applicable wagering process.

8. Betting & Gaming Rules

8.1 Bet Acceptance

All bets are accepted at the sole discretion of alano5. A bet is not confirmed until you receive an explicit confirmation. alano5 reserves the right to decline any bet without explanation.

8.2 Obvious Errors

alano5 reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds or on terms that were published due to a technical error, human error or pricing error (including "palpable error" or "manifest error"), regardless of whether the bet has been confirmed. Where a void bet is declared, the stake will be returned to your Account balance.

8.3 Sports Results

The settlement of sports bets — including cricket, football, PSL, ICC tournaments and other markets — is based on official results as declared by the relevant sporting body. In the event of a result dispute, alano5's decision (made in good faith based on available evidence) is final.

8.4 Casino RTP

Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages for casino games are published where available. These are theoretical long-term averages and do not guarantee any specific outcome for any individual user or session. Gambling involves risk and you may lose the amounts wagered.

9. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:

• Registering more than one Account (multi-accounting);
• Providing false, inaccurate or misleading information during registration or KYC;
• Using automated systems, bots, scripts or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform or gain an unfair advantage;
• Colluding with other users to manipulate the outcome of games or betting markets;
• Exploiting software bugs, errors or vulnerabilities rather than reporting them to support;
• Abusing promotional offers, including creating multiple accounts to claim a bonus multiple times;
• Money laundering, structuring transactions to avoid reporting obligations, or using the Platform for any other unlawful financial activity;
• Allowing minors or individuals subject to self-exclusion to access your Account;
• Reverse-engineering, decompiling or attempting to extract the source code of any Platform software;
• Engaging in any conduct that interferes with the proper functioning of the Platform or the experience of other users.

10. Responsible Gambling

10.1 Player Protection Commitment

alano5 is committed to supporting responsible gambling. Gambling is intended as a form of entertainment. It involves financial risk and is not a reliable way to generate income. You should only gamble with money you can afford to lose.

10.2 Available Tools

The following responsible gambling controls are available to all registered users through Account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly limits on the amount you may deposit;
• Loss Limits: Cap the total losses you may incur within a specified period;
• Session Time Limits: Restrict the duration of individual gaming sessions;
• Cool-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend access to your Account for a defined period;
• Self-Exclusion: Request a longer-term exclusion from the Platform, administered by the support team.

10.3 Self-Exclusion

Where you self-exclude, alano5 will use reasonable technical measures to prevent your access to the Platform for the duration of the exclusion. During a self-exclusion period, no new Accounts may be opened and no marketing communications will be sent. Self-exclusion requests should be directed to our support team. 10.4 Underage Access

alano5 prohibits access by individuals under 18 years of age or the applicable minimum legal age in the operator/license jurisdiction. If you are aware of a minor accessing this Platform, you must contact support immediately.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on the alano5 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, page layouts, software, data compilations and game assets — is the property of alano5 or its content licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial use in accordance with these Terms. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without prior written consent from alano5.

12. Limitation of Liability

12.1 Platform Availability

alano5 does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the Platform. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, technical failures, third-party service disruptions and circumstances outside our control may result in temporary unavailability. alano5 is not liable for losses resulting from Platform downtime.

12.2 Gambling Losses

alano5 is not liable for any gambling losses incurred through use of the Platform. Gambling involves risk and all users participate voluntarily with full knowledge that losses are possible.

12.3 Third-Party Content

The Platform may reference third-party payment providers, sports leagues and other external services for contextual purposes. alano5 is not responsible for the conduct, terms or availability of any third party, including payment providers referenced on the Platform.

12.4 Maximum Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, alano5's total aggregate liability to you in connection with your use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount of Real Money Funds in your Account at the time the relevant claim arises.

13. Suspension & Termination

13.1 Termination by User

You may close your Account at any time by contacting alano5 support. Prior to closure, any pending withdrawals will be processed subject to KYC completion and applicable bonus conditions. Real Money Fund balances will be returned via a verified payment method where permitted.

13.2 Termination by alano5

alano5 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: (a) breach of these Terms; (b) suspected fraud, money laundering or other unlawful activity; (c) multi-accounting; (d) inability to complete KYC; or (e) a regulatory or legal obligation to do so.

13.3 Balance on Closure

Where an Account is closed by alano5 due to a breach of these Terms or suspected prohibited conduct, any balance remaining in the Account may be withheld pending investigation. Where closure is initiated by the User or for administrative reasons unrelated to prohibited conduct, verified Real Money Fund balances will be returned to the User.

14. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which alano5 holds its applicable operator license. Any dispute arising in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved informally shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of the applicable licensing jurisdiction, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you may hold under the laws of your own jurisdiction.

15. Amendments to These Terms

alano5 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where material changes are made, we will provide reasonable notice to registered users via Account notification or email. Continued use of the Platform following such notice constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
